Homeowners who want to have the flexibility of funds on an as needed basis can apply for a home equity line of credit. Interest is paid only on the portion of the loan used. It can be used for a variety of purposes, including home improvements, tuition or a vacation.

A variable rate open-ended line of credit is available to WVB customers. This revolving line of credit can be used for any purpose. Customers receive complimentary line of credit checks. WVB's minimum line of personal credit is $10,000.
